Arbor Grove offers offers fully renovated 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, conveniently located minutes to shopping and entertainment. Conveniently located off of route 77 near the Belden Village shopping area, our apartment homes include new plank vinyl, new countertops, updated cabinets, new fixtures, new vanity, sink, faucets, and appliances all decorated with a designer flare. 

One-bedroom rental rate starts at $700 - $800

Two-bedroom rental rate starts from $825 - $925

Three-bedroom rental rate starts from $950- $1100

 We allow both cats and dogs.

-Tenants pay a low flat monthly rate for water based off number of occupants 

-Electric is individually metered

-Application fee is only $35 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply.

-Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent with approved credit

-We offer 12 month lease terms

Onsite maintenance will assist during business hours for any repair needs that may arise and an we have an after hours call center to handle any unexpected emergencies. We also offer a convenient app to notify us of any issues that arise in your apartment.
